Last night I took the opportunity to celebrate 14th February with some close friends. The evening began at The Gilbert Scott at the newly refurbed St Pancras Hotel – beautiful design, excellent service but most importantly an expertly curated cocktail menu.
I present to you the Gringo’s Manhattan – the the perfect way to enjoy tequila on a cold winter’s day. A combination of Tapatio Anejo, Claytons Kola Tonic, Galliano, Antica Formula and orange served in a cut crystal stemmed glass. A good change up from the classic Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
